Sexy Session Recap with Miss A | Columbus Ohio Boudoir Photographer

Miss A has a KILLER shoot with me. When I tell you it was HOT, I mean… there are images I can’t even show you. We had so much fun together and made some magic. But first, read about why she booked a session with 614 Boudoir, and what inspired her to have a boudoir photoshoot in the first place.

What motivated you to do a session?

I have been working on self love for the past two years. As a mom of 4, a full time employee, and a full time student it is easy to feel like you are living for everyone and everything around you instead of yourself. I wanted to document myself in an intimate way without fear of judgement. 

Are these photos for you, or a gift for someone?

These initially were a gift for my husband but these are just as much for myself as him. 

Before your session, what were you most nervous about?

I was worried I wouldn’t look beautiful in the poses. I was worried I would do something wrong to make this a waste of time and money. 

What was your favorite part of the experience?

My favorite part was all of it. Having girl time, feeling sexy, being validated, reviewing my photos in absolute awe. 

Where did you shop for your outfits?

Most of my outfits were from SHEIN. 

After the shoot how did you feel?

I felt so sexy and confident. 

What was your initial reaction to your images?

I loved my images. I couldn’t believe my curves and the sexiness. I had a really hard time picking my favorites. 

Did anything change about how you see yourself?

Not really. I have spent a lot of time working on how I see me regardless of weight or lumps and bumps. This just made me love myself even more and see myself as more than a mom. 

Now that you've had your session what would you go back and tell yourself to calm your nerves, inspire or empower yourself?

You are working with professionals! Don’t stress about the before so much. Show up and have a great time!!! Your hair and makeup is going to be perfect and no matter how silly you feel you will look amazing!!!

Any advice for someone who might be considering a shoot?

Just do it!!!! Take off as much as you are comfortable with and then take off one more layer . Laugh and have fun!!! You only get to live your life once! Do this for yourself and enjoy every moment.
